Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and a priority replacement.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we provide a secure store credit or bank transfer.
